Description
This tour, provides an opportunity to experience the Kenyan wildlife in an urban setup and engagement with CIA’s lives changing programs deep in the Kenyan savannah as you get immersed to the culture of the Maasai community. You get a chance to watch wild animals in their natural habitat inside the only park in a city – Nairobi National Park. You can also chose to interact with beautiful baby Elephants inside the most successful elephant rehabilitation program in the world – Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.
Itinerary;
Day 1 | Arrival, Pick Up from Airport and drop-off to the guest house |
Day 2 | Rest/ An evening Drive/Orientation of CIA Programs |
Day 3 | Visit to Sheldrick Wildlife Trust/Giraffe Centre /Nairobi National Park |
Day 4 | Visit a Center for Young Mothers
Travel to the Field – You spend a night at a hotel or in the Community |
Day 5 | Field activities; Engage with CIA’s Schools projects – a time to interact with students, parents, caregivers, teachers, and school leadership teams. |
Day 6 | Field activities; Engage with CIA’s Welfare projects – Household visits to the Manyattas and a Maasai Women Group
Travel back from the field.
