CIA runs a program that combines tourism and volunteerism, thus giving local and international tourists the opportunity to interface their holiday and community service that would go a long way into touching the life of the needy.

CIA has opportunities for both local and international volunteers to support any of the ongoing programs. The opportunities are in the following areas: teaching children, couching in games and sports, medical camps, training the youth in vocational skills and training the women in new business skills and value addition to the ongoing beadwork.
